This 1887 Morgan Silver Dollar was struck at the Philadelphia Mint and features attractive natural toning across both sides. Warm gold, russet, and subtle blue tones frame much of the coin while allowing the central design elements to remain bright and well defined.
The obverse displays George T. Morgan’s portrait of Liberty surrounded by 13 stars. The reverse features a bald eagle with outstretched wings holding arrows and an olive branch. Since this coin was struck in Philadelphia, it carries no mintmark.
