This 1921 Peace Silver Dollar is the first-year issue of the Peace dollar series and features the original high-relief design by Anthony de Francisci. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, the coin displays an evenly circulated appearance with natural silver-gray coloration, scattered contact marks, and visible wear across the highest points.
The obverse features Liberty wearing a radiant crown, while the reverse depicts a bald eagle perched on a mountaintop with rays in the background and the word “PEACE” along the lower edge. Because this coin was struck in Philadelphia, it carries no mintmark.
